These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services, including services offered under The Legacy Blueprint, a service line of The Mindful Hue, LLC. By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Services

The Mindful Hue, LLC provides both goods and professional support services, including but not limited to:

· Career advising and coaching

· Resume, cover letter, and interview preparation services

· Strategic operational analysis and consulting

· Custom design and creative goods (including made-to-order items)

· Estate planning document preparation services offered through The Legacy Blueprint

Services may be delivered virtually, digitally, or in person, depending on the offering.

2. The Legacy Blueprint – Important Legal Disclosure

The Legacy Blueprint is a service offering of The Mindful Hue, LLC that supports individuals and families with the preparation and organization of estate planning documents, which may include wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives, guardianship directives, and related planning tools.

We are not a law firm. The Mindful Hue, LLC and The Legacy Blueprint do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, or legal representation.

· No attorney-client relationship is created by your use of our services.

· Any information provided by The Mindful Hue, LLC is for educational, organizational, and document preparation purposes only.

· We do not interpret laws, advise on legal rights, or provide guidance on how laws apply to your specific situation.

We strongly recommend that you consult with a licensed estate planning attorney in your state for legal advice, review of documents, and guidance regarding any legal questions that arise during or after the preparation of your estate planning documents.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

· Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information

· Review all documents carefully for accuracy and completeness

· Seek legal, tax, or financial advice from qualified professionals as needed

· Notify us promptly of any errors or requested revisions within the agreed revision window

You acknowledge that final responsibility for the accuracy and legal sufficiency of your documents rests with you.

4. Orders, Payments, and Fees

· All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.

· Payment is required in full prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

· Fees for services rendered are non-refundable once work has begun, except as expressly stated in a written agreement.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

· Due to the customized nature of our services and goods, all sales are final.

· If a cancellation request is made before work has begun, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, less any administrative or processing fees.

· Digital products and downloadable materials are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, templates, worksheets, designs, branding, content, and documents created or provided by The Mindful Hue, LLC remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise stated in writing.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share our materials without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

· The Mindful Hue, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services or products.

· Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.

You expressly agree that your use of our services is at your own risk.

8. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, legal validity, financial results, employment outcomes, or business success. Results depend on numerous factors beyond our control.
